PRIVACY POLICY
LVC recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of its clients, its patients and those individuals who visit our site or office. LVC will not give out any information to third parties.

PAYMENT POLICY
We require full payment at time of services.  We accept all credit cards, as well as, Care Credit, cash and check.

APPOINTMENT POLICY
We care for our patients primarily by appointment.  However, remember, we are a Clinic, Hospital, Surgery and an Emergency medical Care facility.  Emergencies have top priority, although we do our best to accommodate all waiting clients. We do offer “drop-off” appointments. Usually, we schedule them for morning drop-off and you will be contacted for questions or discharge by the doctor. All Vaccinations must be current if pet is in our care.

LEASH POLICY
All pets must be on leash (located at front door) or in a kennel for safety reasons.
